The Code of Conduct, also known in some organizations as “Standards of Conduct” or by other similar names, provides employees with the 1) ethical standards required in the delivery of Federal Health Care Plan products, 2) policy and procedures for reporting violations of the Code, 3) employee’s commitment to comply with all applicable Federal and State regulations, and 4) details on disciplinary actions that can be imposed on an employee who fails to comply with the Code.

As part of our annual training delivery, you must distribute a code of conduct.  Provide either Piedmont’s Code of Conduct, or your own equivalent code of conduct or compliance policies document, to all of your employees and downstream entities who support our Federal Health Care Plans.  This is an annual requirement.
