Payment Options

Due to heavy call volume, call 1-888-518-7597. 

  1. You can submit your payment using the Piedmont paper invoice which you should have received in the past week. The invoice contains your balance due and the mail-to address.
  2. You can pay by phone using our 24/7 automated payment system. The system will confirm your balance due.
  • Our phone number is 1-888-518-7597.
  • Payment can be made using a credit card, debit card or through a checking or savings account.
  • You will need to enter your account number – which is the number starting with “ME” printed on your invoice or if you are new to the plan, your welcome letter. You will also need to enter your billing zip code and your birthday. (Do not enter the “ME”; only enter the number.)
  1. You can pay at our website (PCHP.net).
  • Payment can be made using a credit card, debit card or through a checking or savings account.
  • You will need to enter your member number – which is the “ME” number printed on your invoice or if you are new to the plan, your welcome letter. You will also need to enter your billing zip code and your birthday.

Third party payments:
Piedmont is not affiliated with DoXo.com or other third party payment sites. Any fees associated with using these sites to pay your plan premium is charged by the third party payment site and is the responsibility of the member. Please be aware that there is a delay in Piedmont's receipt of payment when using these third party payment sites. Piedmont does not charge any fees with any of our methods of payment.

  1. You can submit payment by mail without having an invoice.
  • Call our 24/7 automated payment system, following the steps in option #1 (above). Once you are told your balance due, simply hang up.
  • Mail a check, payable to “Piedmont Community Healthcare, HMO”, to:

  1. You can pay in person at our office (2316 Atherholt Road, Lynchburg, VA 24501) from 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday except holidays. We accept payment by check, cash, money order or credit/debit card.


If you would like to set up an automatic draft for your monthly premium, you will need to set up your account through our online member portal or CLICK HERE. Please remember that if you change your premium, you must delete the current withdrawl amount and set up a new withdrawl amount. Failure to do this can result in duplicate payments being drafted. To stop an automatic withdrawal, you will need to delete your withdrawal account. Piedmont cannot do this for you. After setting up the automatic draft, payment is usually sent immediately but can take up to 30 days.

Multi-Language Interpreter Services
Interpreters are available to answer any question you may have about our health and drug plans.  To reach an interpreter, call us at (434) 947-4463 or toll free at 1-800-400-7247 during normal business hours.  A representative who speaks English will conference in an interpreter who can assist during the call.  This is a free service.

TTY Services
TTY users should call 7-1-1 for assistance.  This is a free service.
