Piedmont prepares, adopts and maintains written policies and procedures (P&Ps) that address applicable CMS Program Requirements related to the delivery and/or administration of Medicare Services. These P&Ps articulate the specific policies and procedures that employees are directed to follow in performing their Medicare operational duties. Such P&Ps are made available to employees and delegated entities at the time of hire/contracting, and annually thereafter.
