Thank you for choosing Piedmont Community HealthCare as your healthcare insurance plan. If you have already picked and enrolled in your Piedmont plan, here are some instructions on making payments and what happens next
Making your initial premium payment - your policy and benefits won’t take effect on your effective date of coverage until Piedmont receives your initial premium payment. You will receive an invoice for this initial premium payment within a week after enrolling.
You can make you make your initial premium payment by one of the following methods;
- Call our office at (434) 947-4463 or 1-800-400-7247 and make a payment by a credit/debit card or
- Visit or office at 2316 Atherholt Rd. Lynchburg, VA and make a payment by check, cash, money order or credit/debit card or
- Mail a check to;

Your member Identification (ID) Card(s) will be mailed out separately once we receive your initial premium payment. Please be on the lookout for this mailing.
