Step 2. Visit a Piedmont Member Portal
Find the activity you’re interested in below to navigate to the appropriate portal. Once there, log in and complete your task. (Separate IDs/Passwords are required for different portals.)
To do any of the following:
- Review claim status
- View and print ID cards
- Access the cost comparison tool
To do any of the following:
- Pay an invoice (or view invoices, payment history and account notices)
- Manage Payment Options (including autopay)
- View invoices, payment history and account notices
- Choose paperless invoicing
- Report coverage changes (such as changes in income, employment status or dependents, etc.)
