Addiction & Recovery Services

We provide comprehensive support for individuals who want to reduce chemical dependency and regain control of their lives.
A group of adults take comfort in each other as they meet in therapy.

Our approach to care

We provide evidence-based, compassionate care for individuals with substance use disorders and related problems. Our clinical programs bring together the best available assessment tools and treatments, ranging from psychotherapy to medication.

Substance use often accompanies other psychiatric disorders such as depression, anxiety and trauma; our programs leverage the expertise and resources of a comprehensive health system, including wide-ranging mental health services. After an individual assessment, we provide treatment recommendations based on your situation and immediate needs.

Our experts in addiction and recovery have an emphasis on the following:

  • Evidence-based treatment options like Suboxone, Vivitrol, Naltrexone, Sublocade, Brixadi, Wellbutrin and more
  • Relapse prevention strategies to avoid relapse triggers
  • Substance use in pregnancy in collaboration with perinatal services
  • Individual, family, group and substance-use therapy based on your unique treatment needs to optimize outcomes
  • Care Coordination to facilitate connection with ongoing services after treatment, such as sober living, counseling and other needs
  • Mental health evaluation, Hepatitis/HIV and communicable disease testing

Programs we offer

Intensive Outpatient Program

Our intensive outpatient treatment program (IOP) offers 3-hour group therapy sessions 3 days each week for 6-8 weeks. Led by credentialed addiction specialists, the program includes psychoeducation on addiction and recovery, psychotherapy to address stressors and triggers and peer support to strengthen coping skills and sustain recovery. We use Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) with Suboxone

Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program

This flexible virtual program supports adults with substance use disorders, offering 3-hour group therapy sessions 3 days each week. You can access care from the comfort of your home, while receiving excellent addiction support. You will receive the same level of care as our traditional IOP.

Treatments we offer

We utilize a broad array of person-centered treatments to help you on your recovery journey including acudetox. You will have the opportunity to attend twelve-step meetings because people who attend these meetings are better able to maintain abstinence from alcohol and drugs and find much needed community and social support.

Medication - Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) with Suboxone is the use of medications in combination with counseling and behavioral therapy. We offer Suboxone for MAT in our outpatient and residential programs.

Exercise and recreational activities

Part of recovery is discovering or rediscovering meaningful activities, such as exercise, yoga, art and therapeutic outings. Our programs offer residents and participants the opportunity to engage in new and exciting activities, such as spiritual groups, music therapy and other exercise and recreational activities that spark joy.

Group and individual therapy

Being part of a group where you can safely share struggles and experiences can help you feel connected and less alone. Our therapists will assist you in creating a treatment plan, finding a balance between change and acceptance, developing new coping skills, and improving your overall wellness and health.
