Your journey to recovery
Join us to connect and learn from other patients and families who have experienced the ICU. Physical recovery is the first step. The support group provides a place where you can feel comfortable, truly focus on your unique needs, ask questions and connect with other patients and families who have had an ICU experience.
This is a peer-led support group, which means it is led by someone who understands because they have also been in the ICU. Nurses and other key members of your critical care team also attend the group to give clinical support and guidance. This is a hybrid group meaning it is available in person and virtually.
