Centra is excited to announce that CMG Forest Urgent Care has expanded, adding three new exam rooms and one new treatment room, along with additional healthcare providers. This expansion will enable the facility to accommodate approximately 30 more patients daily, ensuring that even more individuals can access timely care.
Urgent care centers offer a convenient, cost-effective alternative to emergency departments for treating a variety of conditions that do not require emergency intervention. Common conditions treated at CMG Forest Urgent Care include:
- Cold, flu, or cough
- Low-grade fevers
- Vomiting or diarrhea
- Sprains and minor fractures
- Urinary tract infections
- Non-life-threatening allergic reactions and rashes
How to Access Care: Call Ahead or Walk In
CMG Forest Urgent Care operates daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., except on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and closing early on Christmas Eve, providing healthcare access beyond the typical school day, workday and on weekends.
CMG Forest Urgent Care offers a limited number of spots that can be reserved by walking in or calling ahead. These are not appointments, but give patients an estimated time to be seen. This also allows patients to wait at home or run other errands before being seen. The rest of the slots are reserved for walk-in appointments. Patients can walk in, be added to the list, and wait their turn to be seen.
