Federal statute Section 2746(b) of the PHSA requires Piedmont to disclose that it pays a broker commission of $15 per member per month to brokers for assisting new or renewing Exchange members. However, your monthly premium rate will be the same regardless of whether you use a broker or not.

Multi-Language Interpreter Services
Interpreters are available to answer any question you may have about our health and drug plans.  To reach an interpreter, call us at (434) 947-4463 or toll free at 1-800-400-7247 during normal business hours.  A representative who speaks English will conference in an interpreter who can assist during the call.  This is a free service.

TTY Services
